DURHAM, N.C. (AP) -J.J. Redick's court appearance to face drunken driving charges was delayed Tuesday until Oct. 24. Redick, a former Duke star and first-round draft pick of the Orlando Magic, was also charged with unlawful use of highways for making an illegal U-turn, police said. Redick was arrested after 1 a.m. on June 13 when he turned around as he approached a license check point near the Duke campus.
